Works with the Elected Officers, the DeMolay International Board of Directors, and the DeMolay Foundation Board of Trustees to develop and achieve long-term and short-term goals. Responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of DeMolay International and the DeMolay Foundation, including: corporate affairs, annual campaign, capital campaign, DeMolay International matters, legal matters, insurance, discipline, budgeting and finances, investments, and professional staff. Supervises all areas of administration including: official correspondence, processing of new members, Advisors, donations, Letters Temporary, charters, alumni memberships, Advisory Council Registrations, scholarships, Board of Directors meetings, and DeMolay International Session. Develops annual budgets and monitors expenditures within those budgets.

Works under the Executive Director and by request of Executive Officers to support and supplement jurisdictional training and programs. Responsible for answering informational inquiries by Executive Officers and their approved Staff, including: membership numbers, mapping data, alumni information, and other inquiries they may make. Makes travels as requested to support jurisdictions to help with advanced training, program implementation, or at national venues to assist the Executive Director. Develops programs for promotion of DeMolay and monitors those programs for success/failure. Also responsible to answer requests for supplemental materials by jurisdictions including: booth displays, Chapter Start-Up Kits, and other program guides.
