In Louisville, Kentucky at DeMolay International Session 2012, legislation successfully passed through the International Supreme Council that mandates the I.S.C. By-laws and Rules & Regulations are to be available online. The I.S.C. Bylaws are now available for download here and can be accessed from the forms section under the resources tab.
